Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.ResponsibilitiesBe involved in the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects together with associated activities for catching potential new customers’ attentionProvide HRS with thorough research and analysis of the local business competitionInvolvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategyAcquire customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events, presentationsMeet sales goals in accordance with the company targetsMaintain regular contact with customers and partners of HRSOrganise sales and marketing events for customersBe HRS representative for all HRS corporate interests and its Brand when liaising with customersQualificationsA minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
