Sales Representatives – Financial Market (US)

Location: On-site – Multipark, Escazú, Costa RicaSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Contract Type: ContractorMarket: United StatesCompensation: $1000 + $25 bonus per submission completedPosition Overview:We are seeking an Experience Sales Representative to join our team in Escazú. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and collecting preliminary information before transferring qualified leads to the Sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers exploring loan options in the U.S. market.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.Conduct initial assessments to pre-qualify potential clients based on provided criteria.Gather and verify customer information to determine loan eligibility.Manage and update leads in the internal system.Provide excellent customer service while guiding clients through the early stages of the loan process.Transfer qualified prospects to the Sales team for next steps.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and accurate data entry.Requirements:Fluent English (C1 level) – mandatory.Must be a Costa Rica–based candidate available to work on-site in Multipark, Escazú.Stronge experience in Sales rolesComfortable handling inbound/outbound calls.Experience working with leads or CRM systems preferred.Excellent communication, active listening, and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow pre-qualification guidelines.What We Offer:Contractor engagement with competitive compensation + bonus.Opportunity to work with the U.S. financial market.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Growth and learning opportunities within the organization.
