As one of Africa’s fastest-growing asset finance companies, we empower individuals and businesses by providing affordable and flexible financing solutions for digital devices.Job PurposeSales Representatives will be responsible for driving sales, supporting dealership partners, onboarding customers, and ensuring strong visibility of Watu products within their assigned regions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new customers to meet sales and revenue targetsExecute approved activations and promotional activitiesCommunicate Watu Simu updates to dealerships and customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealership managersConduct market sensing and provide recommendationsEnsure accuracy in pricing, promotions, and competitor monitoringIdentify and support customer and dealer training needsResolve customer complaints and queries efficientlyProvide timely regional performance reportsMonitor store capacity, stock levels, and in-store pricingNegotiate prime display space to enhance visibilityEnsure compliance with brand guidelinesIdentify cross-merchandising opportunitiesSupervise, train, and support direct reportsExecute effective route planning and coverageKey Performance Indicates (KPIs):Achievement of sales targetsAchievement of onboarding targetsAchievement of off-rate targetsTimely submission of reportsRequirements:Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2–4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in telecoms, retail, or device financingTechnical knowledge of mobile phone modelsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience in asset financing is an added advantageHigh integrity in transactionsStrong relationship-building skillsExcellent sales and marketing abilitiesStrong planning and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsHigh attention to detailWhat We Offer Be a part of an international, dynamic and driven team that has set their aspirations high and work hard to achieve thoseOpportunities to learn and grow together with usCompetitive compensation package A very good medical insurance benefits Closing Date: 29th November 2025 (applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis)Powered by JazzHRJ5AztdMYER
