Job DescriptionGreet and welcome walk-in customers with a warm smile, polite communication, and offer refreshments as part of the customer experience.Provide product consultation and usage guidance to customers, ensuring they understand the value and function of the products.Facilitate a hands-on experience with products in the showroom to help customers explore features more deeply.Offer prompt and professional customer service by processing sales orders and preparing product delivery efficiently.Distribute related product documents and promotional materials within the showroom.Maintain showroom product displays in an organized, clean, and attractive manner.Receive and process customer orders from walk-in clients and coordinate with external sales team members for order fulfillment.Proactively recommend available or related products to customers during the sales process, including those under the company’s subsidiaries.Check and verify product pricing before preparing and sending Sales Orders (SO) to customers and the sales team.Once the Sales Order is confirmed, coordinate with the factory/logistics team to prepare and deliver the products, and assist in resolving any delivery-related customer issues.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through follow-ups to identify future needs or ongoing construction plans.After product delivery, coordinate with the Sales team to verify pricing accuracy before forwarding to the Accounting team for billing.At the end of each month, ensure that all delivery records and sales documents are properly completed to avoid discrepancies in the external depot sales plan.Submit finalized delivery notes and records to the Accounting department for further processing.For VAT-eligible purchases, prepare and submit the required documents (SO, Invoice, Delivery Note, Patent) to the Tax Team for proper processing on behalf of the customer.Strive to meet monthly sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.Prepare and submit monthly walk-in customer sales reports to management.Job RequirementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in a showroom is an advantage).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.Good organizational and time management abilities.Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email communication, etc.).Team player with the ability to work under pressure.Competitive OfferAnnual Salary IncrementAnnual Performance BonusLearning and DevelopmentLunchCoffeeGroup Personal Accident Insurance ( Forte )Working Accident and Health care Insurance ( NSSF )Company EventsUniformsOther terms and conditions follow to Company’s internal policy.Notice: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
