The digital Food Hall for Hungry Everyday Ppl:)Future Kitchens® is the rebellious child of a generation that wants food brands they can relate to more viscerally.Our mission is to be a delivery-only House of brands with an over-delivering mindset - A leader in the virtual restaurant revolution.We belong amongst the fastest growing Food delivery startup in Switzerland and our customers love us.TasksWe are looking for a Sales Specialist to support our Expansion plans in Switzerland:Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted regions, focusing on potential restaurant partners or businesses that align with Future Kitchens’ expansion strategy.Qualify leads and assess their fit based on expansion criteria.Clearly communicate Future Kitchens’ value proposition, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with your ghost kitchen model.Schedule and confirm meetings/appointments for the Expansion teamConduct Meetings with potential partners and close new partners.Maintain and update CRM systems with call outcomes, lead statuses, and next steps.Collaborate closely with the Expansion Lead to align on strategy, target accounts, and outreach priorities.RequirementsMotivated selfstarter that wants to join a fast growing startup:Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or a similar role.Good command of German and French, other languages a plus.Driving licenseStrong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales outreach.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with resilience.
