We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestAs a Sales Specialist, you'll be involved in customer facing and winning deals for the Valves business. You are to develop sales plan for the Japan region. You are also task to collaborate with other functional team to ensure sales target are met accordingly.As a Sales Specialist, You Will Be Responsible ForDeveloping & executing sales plan to win projects, keep close communicate and influence customer, promote productsSubmitting technical & commercial proposal, evaluate market price, attending biding etc. sales activitiesDeveloping, managing customer relationship, regular communicate & engagement with customersCooperating with channel partner to chase sales opportunity, provide training and coaching for their employeesCollecting market intelligence and update timely. And feedback the market information to companyAchieving the annual sales targetFuel your passionTo Be Successful In This Role You WillHave Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution (major in Engineering or Industrial engineering is preferred)Have at least 5 years in extensive Sales in oil and gas industry or Power industry and experience in Valves is preferredHave good oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and EnglishPrevious experience working with EPC companies is preferredHave good technical knowledge on valvesHave good interpersonal and problem solving skillsWork in a way that works for youRoleWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
