The main responsibility will be to promote brand awareness and to sell our products consultatively. This is a fantastic experience for a confident and enthusiastic Sales experts. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent, unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate will have an engaging enthusiasm for fragrance and a clear passion for customer service.What We Expect:Striving to achieve and exceed personal sales targetMaintaining a clean environment on the shop floor at all timesAssisting customers with a consultative sell to tailor their experience in picking appropriate fragrances and productAdhering to all store policies and proceduresBuilding relationships with customers to increase repeated businessMaintaining stock levels on the shop floorBeing diligent with the company’s policy on discounts, refunds, etc.Staff will be required on occasion to cover extra shiftsThe above is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks as required by your changing role and the organization's overall business objectives.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in perfumes or retail).Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure.Fluent in Arabic; English language skills preferred.Professional appearance and positive energy.
