The Sales Specialist should have a strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and techniques, and be able to recommend and demonstrate products to customers. Sales Specialist should also have a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive shopping experience for customers.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them in finding the right beauty products for their needsDemonstrate and recommend products to customers, explaining their benefits and application techniquesKeep up-to-date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customersAssist with inventory management and restocking shelvesAchieve personal and store sales targetsProvide exceptional customer serviceParticipate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new productsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industryKnowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniquesExceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSales-driven and results-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectivelyTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and growFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekendsFluency in English and Arabic
