The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, overseeing sales processes, and supporting the growth of the agency's client base. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to sales training and ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and meet targets.Experience in Training to support and mentor team members.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Familiarity with the marketing and advertising industry is a plus.
