Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Meeting Coordination:- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.- Prepare agendas and materials to ensure productive discussions.2. Effective Communication:- Clearly articulate the benefits and features of the software to clients.- Listen to client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.3. Product Demonstrations:- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the software, showcasing its value.- Address client questions and concerns during demos.4. Relationship Building:- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.- Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product improvement.5. Contract Negotiation:- Engage in discussions with clients to negotiate key contract terms, including pricing, payment terms, deliverables, and timelines that align with company policies and legal requirements to minimize risks.Finalize contract terms by ensuring all agreed-upon conditions are documented accurately and approved by both parties before signing.Collect the signed contract from the client.6. Lead Generation:- Identify and research potential clients in the F&B industry.7. Reporting:- Provide detailed regular updates on progress toward sales targets and goals.Qualifications and Work Experience:- Proven experience of not less than one year in sales, preferably in the software or food and beverage industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in our sales team.Work location: Heliopolis, Cairo
