The Sales Specialist will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their travel needs, providing personalized travel recommendations, closing sales, and following up on bookings. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer service, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with team members, attend training sessions, and stay updated on product knowledge and new travel packages.Excellent English is a must, and the candidate must be a university graduate(All Nationalities, Saudi Preferred)QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsProven experience in Sales and Sales ManagementAbility to conduct and participate in Training sessionsExcellent teamwork and collaboration skillsProficiency in using online booking platforms and CRM systemsFluency in English and Arabic is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredExperience in the travel industry is a plusExcellent English is a must, and the candidate must be a university graduate(All Nationalities, Saudi Preferred)
