Sales Specialist

Role OverviewOur Cork based client is seeking a customer‑focused Sales Team Member to support the electrical supplies division. Experience in electrical or technical sales is an advantage but not essential. Full product and systems training provided. Key Responsibilities• Front‑line sales support: phone, email, and in‑person.• Assist customers with product selection, pricing and stock queries.• Process sales orders, quotations and purchase requests.• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.• Promote Caltech’s products, suppliers and solutions.• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement on stock and deliveries.• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.• Support development of new sales opportunities. Essential Skills & Attributes• Strong customer service mindset.• Excellent communication skills.• Ability to multitask and stay organised.• High attention to detail.• Willingness to learn technical product information.• Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Desirable• Experience in electrical wholesale, retail or B2B sales.• Familiarity with electrical components, cables, tools or controls.• ERP/stock system experience.
