We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location: TokyoDepartment株式会社ホリスター勤務地青森/岩手/秋田/宮城（ホームオフィス）職務内容1）販売計画…個人販売計画を立案し、実行する2）顧客の開発・維持…営業先との良好な関係を築き、ターゲット先を絞り込み、営業活動を実行する※看護師が対象となるケースが多いです。3）勉強会／セミナーの提案・実施…新製品やサービス・変更内容等の情報を営業先に継続的に提案し、勉強会やセミナーを提案・実行する業務補足1）病院・医療施設への提案・担当の看護師の方に製品を紹介：特徴や利点、使用上の注意点など、細かく説明します。製品を使用する方から意見を聞くことも重要な業務です。・病院内での勉強会、セミナーの立案・実行を行います。2）販売代理店への提案実際に販売活動を行う代理店を訪問し、新製品の紹介や製品トレーニングを実施。信頼度を高め、拡販に繋げます。必須条件・営業経験5年以上※普通自動車免許必須学歴高専、専門学校卒以上試用期間６ヶ月転勤将来的に転勤の可能性があります標準的な勤務時間帯9:00-17:15 (7時間15分）リースカーによる直行直帰スタイルです。外勤営業職につき、事業場外労働（所定時間勤務）の取扱を適用待遇※前職の年収を考慮し優遇します。※上記年収はインセンティブ、営業手当(月額31,350円)込の金額です。※インセンティブについて：年4回（6月・9月・12月・3月）支給となります。休日休暇初年度有給休暇10日（入社月によって変動あり）、週休2日（土・日）、フレキシブル休暇（１年間に3日自由選択）、年末年始（12月30日～1月3日）、創立記念日（6月中1日自由選択）、慶弔、傷病休暇 等About Hollister IncorporatedHollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures and markets healthcare products worldwide.
