Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Toronto, ON. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing the sales process, providing product education, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Additional responsibilities include training clients on product offerings and supporting the development of sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationshipsProven Sales and Sales Management experience with a goal-oriented mindsetAbility to conduct Training sessions and educate clients about product offerings and servicesProficiency in understanding customer needs and creating tailored solutionsOrganizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departmentsExperience in the millwork or home design industry is a plusSelf-motivated and results-driven with a professional demeanor
