If you have a proven track record in hospitality sales, a passion for client engagement, and the drive to exceed revenue targets, we want to hear from you!🔑 About the Role:As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth across our hospitality portfolio. Your mission? Build lasting client relationships, identify new revenue streams, and lead proactive sales efforts in both the corporate and leisure markets.💼 Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow room, event, and F&B revenueManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across segments such as corporate, MICE, and travel tradePrepare persuasive proposals and deliver client-focused sales presentationsLead site inspections, meetings, and tours to convert leads into long-term clientsCollaborate cross-functionally with revenue management and operations to ensure seamless client experiencesUse CRM tools to track performance, forecast sales, and manage your pipelineRepresent Qwell at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunitiesStay ahead of market trends and competitor activitiesMentor and support junior sales team members when required✅ What We’re Looking For:5+ years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, venues, resorts, etc.)A strong network and deep understanding of hospitality sales strategies and client segmentsDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Opera Sales & Catering, Delphi, Salesforce) and Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (preferred)Professional, well-presented, and highly client-focusedWillingness to travel and attend events as needed🌟 Preferred Experience:Selling to corporate and MICE clientsExperience in luxury or upscale hospitality environmentsFamiliarity with revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies🎁 What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits packageA clear path for career growth within a thriving hospitality groupA collaborative and high-performing work cultureThe opportunity to directly impact our business growth and guest experienceReady to take your career to the next level with Qwell?📧 Send your CV to aya.youssef@iamqwell.com
