Job Summary:The Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to support company growth.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach new clients to expand the company’s customer base.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential customers.Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the same industry).Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver’s license (if field visits are required).
