Real Estate Specialist:Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.Sales Target Achievement:Set individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure targets are met.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage leads, and negotiate deals.Market Analysis:Stay informed about market trends, identify new business opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Sales Process Management:Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Performance Reporting:Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales strategies and ensure smooth transactions.Compliance:Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant real estate laws and regulations.Problem Solving:Address complex challenges in real estate transactions, market fluctuations, and client needs.Qualifications:Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience. Strong communication skills.Passionate about sales. The ideal candidate will have commitment and focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values. 1-3 year of experience in sales (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply).
