You'll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where your analytical skills and eagerness to learn will have impact.As a Sales Strategy and Enablement Trainee, you'll be working withData and Reporting Support: Assist in building, maintaining, and distributing Salesforce and PowerBI reports, and help the sales team maintain data quality in Salesforce.Market & Customer Research: Conduct research on customer segments and market trends to provide insights for strategic sales initiatives.Sales Tools & Materials: Help prepare, update, and organize sales materials. Support the testing and rollout of new tools, including AI agents and other AI tools, for the sales team.Project and Program Coordination: Provide administrative support for sales programs, such as our spiff program, and assist in tracking public sourcing contract activities.Sales Enablement: Assist in coordinating the logistics for customer and sales team visits to the factory.We Are Looking forA student nearing graduation or already graduated, preferably majoring in Business, Industrial Engineering and Management, Knowledge Management, or another corresponding field of study.A proactive, detail-oriented individual with an analytical mindset and the ability to support data-driven decision-making.A good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English (both verbally and in writing).Basic knowledge of CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce and PowerBI is considered a significant plus.We value a positive mindset and eagerness to learn, combined with a strong career interest in areas like sales operations, business strategy, or data analytics. We appreciate an independent working style, problem solving skills and the ability to recognize inefficient processes. The role offers the possibility to work part-time in the spring, but we expect you to work full-time during the summer and hope that you could continue working full-time through the end of the year. The ability to work three or more days per week in the spring is considered an advantage.The location for the position is our headquarters in Tampere. We value in-person collaboration and therefore active readiness to work at HQ in Tampere is required. Occasional travel may be required to support events or meetings. The compensation for the role is based on our trainee salary, which ranges from €2250 to €2800 per month for a full-time contract.
