Our mission is to ensure quality education and prepare the next generation with the knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).We are seeking young, dynamic, and energetic Sales Supervisors to lead the tele sales team, drive target achievement, and enhance overall performance.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and monitor the tele sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Follow up on leads, ensure timely customer communication, and maximize conversion rates.Conduct quality checks on calls and maintain communication standards.Prepare daily sales reports, maintain CRM data, and track key performance metrics.Train and mentor new agents on call handling, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.Assist in designing call scripts, offers, and communication strategies.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.Contribute to process improvements and performance optimization initiatives.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Skills Required: Call Center Operation, Team Leadership, TelesalesExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Educational Technology (Edtech) StartupAdditional RequirementsApplicants should have experience in one or more of the following areas: Telecommunication, Call Center, or Educational Technology (EdTech) startups.Job LocationKhulna, Dhaka (Banglamotor)SalaryTk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
