Relocation assistance may be provided depending on business needs.Job PurposeThis role exists to drive sustainable sales growth and strengthen Unilever’s market presence by building deep relationships with distributors, retailers, and field sales teams. As a Senior Territory Manager, you’ll ensure operational excellence, product visibility, and category execution while developing and inspiring a high-performing sales force. We invite you to be part of something bigger.Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement – Drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Market Coverage – Ensure optimal outlet coverage and route optimization for sales representatives. Distributor Management – Oversee distributor performance, inventory, and financial hygiene. Retail Execution – Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance at retail. Team Supervision – Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams for high performance. Category Plan Execution – Ensure category plan implementation basis BU for plans shared across each MOC Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies and timely reporting of field activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of sales or distribution experience, preferably in FMCG/general trade. Proven ability to manage sales targets, distributors, or retail operations. Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience leading or supervising a sales/field team. Hands-on experience with route-to-market strategies or trade marketing.
