What does a Sales Supervisor do at Anadolu Efes?Support the Regional Market Development Manager to develop and deliver on Kyrgyzstan growth strategies and business plan for each sales channel.Track and report on the delivery of plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitor distribution targets and point-of-sale (POS) norms, providing guidance to the distributors.Contribute to the development of marketing plans and follow up on their execution.Coordinate and facilitate communication between the distributor teams and company functions, ensuring alignment with the Regional Market Development Manager and headquarters (HQ) teams.Monitor brand activity compliance and report findings to the Regional Market Development Manager and HQ.Prepare country business reports covering volume, profitability, and business metrics; support the Regional Market Development Manager in preparing country reports, reviewing presentations, and fulfilling other requirements.Track market trends, analyze competitor actions, and propose necessary actions.Conduct periodic market visits to audit merchandising and execution performanceWhat are the qualifications we look for in a Sales Supervisor at Anadolu Efes?Work experience: 5+ yearsWork experience in sector: 2+ years (in sales, trade marketing, or market development, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.)Graduate degree from sales, marketing, business administration, or similarStrong analytical and reporting skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)Knowledge of sales and distribution operationsEffective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsFluent in English and RussianMarketing, sales and Strategic Planning experienceResponsiveness to fast changing conditions and agility How do we hire?At Anadolu Efes, we hire without prejudice and discrimination against language, religion, ethnicity, race, gender and sexual orientation.
