As our business continues to grow and expand rapidly, we are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic individual to join our winning team in the following position.Role Description1.     Sales & Manage Sales:Achieving own sales target.Supervisor & support Showroom Sales with idea & strategy to achieve sales target.Supervisor & implement fleet sales as well business partner to achieve sales target.Handles customer problem solving ensure smooth and accurate customer processing.Ideally of sales activities & promotion scheme with up-to-date market trend to superior.Tracking competitor movement & improve sales talk skill vs. competitors.Enhancement, Develop, coach, refresh SPEC training and motivate team’s success.Lead & supervise SC’s activities KPI to achieve both target & quality PDCA.2.     Showroom & Parking Bay ManagementManage overall showroom facilities, showroom decoration & prompt request maintenance. All models / color showroom display with nice angle. Weekly display rotation.All FIFO models at parking bay for customer selection.3.     ReportDaily Flash Sales ReportDaily showroom performance reportWeekly prospect management reportRoadshow & other activities reportCompetitor movement4.     CRMMaintaining a customer database5.     OthersLead and ensure all demo cars are cleaned with enough fuel.Manage & Support cross department activitiesQualifications and RequirementBachelor’s degree in marketing (preferably) or Business Administration.At least 3 years’ working experience in Sales & having an automobile industry background is preferred.Experiencing of individual & fleet sales advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in marketing (preferably) or Business Administration.At least 3 years’ working experience in Sales & having an automobile industry background is preferred.Experiencing of individual & fleet sales advantageous.
