Sales Supervisor

TWYFORD INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LTD ARE HIRINGPosition: Sales Supervisor (For Ceramic Goods like Tiles, Sanitary ware etc.)Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (Flexible to work in different Regions)Purpose: Expand the Team in a DepartmentIndustry: Manufacturing (Ceramic Factory)Reporting Line: Sales ManagerResponsibilitiesDaily sales work Push complete sales targetSales data analysis: Record and analyze daily sales, weekly sales, and monthly sales, find and analyze abnormal sales, and conduct return visits to customersNew customers development: Develop new customers in respective regions, broaden sales channels, and increase sales shareExecute sales strategy. Implement the company's pricing, discount, sales, and other strategies, and effectively convey them to customers in their respective regions to promote sales activitiesCollect market information Collect sales, inventory status, prices, sales strategies, cost subsidies, and other information of competing products from customers every day, and provide feedback in the daily reportRegional customer situation maintenance. Maintain good relationships with customers, understand their sales situation, whether they encounter sales difficulties, whether they have complaints about company policies, and calm customers and handle complaintsQUALIFICATIONSAt least 2 years as a sales specialist and at least one year working as a sales supervisor in a different Region/Zonal Sales Supervisor.Experience of Working in Different Ceramic Product’s companiesBusiness Understanding:- Has a profound understanding of the company's business model and sales processes- Possesses expertise in sales, marketing, and customer service domains.Communication skills:- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain good communication with different types of customers- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure the completion of workTravel Requirements:- Adaptable business trips as required by business needs.- Able to adjust to different work environments and customer demands in various regionsBe proficient in using office software (especially Excel)-Excel (Important), Paper draft, Data presentation skillsHave good language skills-English, SwahiliDeadline for Application: 15th March 2026Send CV with a Clear Subject of a Position recruitment@twyfordtile.com
