该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: Handling customer inquiries & complaints. Call customers to mantain old business and develop new business. Complete customer pricing inquiries at a timely and accurately manner. Provide high-quality service to clients and keep good relationship with customer. Prepare quotations and response for rate enquiries (overseas or local customers) for Sales when necessary. Act as a key customer contact for pricing and coordinate with Air/Ocean Freight dept. for scheduling and shipping if need. Provide service information to customers. As a backup to take care of all customer related matters during the absence of outside sales / tradelane manager. (leave /business trip / sick) Assist Air/Ocean Freight dept. to smoothen the operation if needed. 任职要求: Knowledge of sea freight, air freight and railway transportation. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. College graduated or above Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics industry with operation or customer service background. Sales experience is a plus.
