Our Client is in the consumer goods manufacturing sector based in Hong Kong and they are looking for a reliable customer service / administration Supervisor to ensure operations go smoothly.Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute general administrative tasks to support daily office operationsManage and maintain office supplies, stationery, and facilities to ensure readiness and availabilityHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveriesEnsure high customer satisfaction by providing quality service and following up on customer needs and concernsResolving complex customer inquiries and escalated issuesImplementing and maintaining customer service processes and proceduresCollaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiencesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fieldAt least 2-3 years experience in operation, customer support, Sales support, or any related fieldsStrong verbal and written skills in the Thai and English languagesAbility to deal with difficult customers and handle stressStrong problem-solving, decision-makingCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for both delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth
