He/she will be tasked to communicate regularly with the agency force and other Sun Life employees to promote the business and resolve administrative matters. This person will be tasked to generate and monitor regular reports of the agency sales team including but not limited to, monitoring files for sales, AC, on-going agency and client promotions, etc. Administrative functions such as processing of revolving funds, cash advances, and other administrative functions required by his or her assigned territory are also included in this roleQualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)Excellent oral and written communication skillsAt least 3 years’ experience in sales, sales training and sales managementFace-to-face selling experience an advantageExcellent inter-personal skillsBasic Knowledge of MS Word, Advance knowledge of MS ExcelPreferably a graduate of business, finance or marketing course.3 to 5 years relevant sales and training experience will be an advantageResponsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)Help implement agreed sales strategies by communicating regularly to the agency force, branch secretaries, branch sales service associates and other employees. Update presentation materials, generate sales reports, investment proposals, and approach letters for distribution to financial advisors.
