Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Support Assistant with expertise in advanced Excel. The role involves supporting the sales team in daily operations, performing data analysis using advanced Excel functions, and managing sales reports. The candidate will assist with customer service activities, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes, and provide support to achieve sales targets. Timely communication and effective collaboration with the sales and operations teams will also be key components of this role. Qualifications Proficient in sales operations and processes, with the ability to support sales teams effectivelyStrong background in customer service and customer support, with excellent relationship management skillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal stakeholdersProficiency in advanced Excel with expertise in data analysis, creating reports, and managing large datasetsAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment in DubaiPrevious experience in sales operations or administrative roles is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredDetail-oriented, proactive, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently
