Our mission is to make a positive impact on the industry by driving change and continuous improvement.About the Sales Support Coordinator:As a Sales Support Coordinator at Avanto, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our procurement and order processes. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, tracking shipments, and maintaining organized records. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly support our sales support and enablement team, helping Avanto deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions in the furniture industry.Responsibilities:Review purchase documents and ensure accuracy in all details.Process and confirm purchase orders, ensuring they meet organizational standards.Coordinate with vendors via phone to confirm orders and manage procurement details.Track all procurement processes from start to finish, paying attention to every detail.Ensure on-time delivery of orders by confirming on-time shipments and obtaining tracking information.Ensure smooth organization and record-keeping for all purchase-related information.Other Tasks as neededRequirements:Preferred Education: Degree in Business Administration or a related field.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in procurement. Administrative experience is a plus.English proficiency: B2-C1Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with vendors.Knowledge of procurement vocabulary and processes.Ability to work independently and problem solve.What we offer:Compensation of $850 USD/MonthlyFull time Position (Monday to Friday 8am- 6pm Central Time )Remote position – work from anywhere.Please note that this role will be monitored through a software program that tracks productivity and performance.AVANTO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
