About AuntyAunty is a trusted childcare platform connecting families with reliable babysitters, regular nannies, and confinement nannies. We support parents at every stage, from newborn to toddlerhood, through our Aunty app, Concierge and Confinement Nanny services.As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support & Admin Executive to support our Sales Team and ensure a smooth, personal experience for both clients and nannies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and sales support by handling data entry, form filling, preparation of service agreements, and updating of client records.Conduct introduction calls between clients and nanniesCommunicate with clients and nannies for arrangements and ensure service starts and runs smoothly. • Conduct periodic check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction.Coordinate between clients, nannies, and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.Assist in preparing documentation and reports.Support the team in handling enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone.Requirements1–2 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or customer service roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written English and Mandarin). Most of our confinement nannies speak only mandarin.Comfortable liaising with clients and nannies over phone and video calls.Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office/Whatsapp Business
