Sales Support ManagerLocation: Ortigas, Pasig CityDuring Training: 45 Days Onsite (8AM–5PM PHT)Permanent Work Arrangement: Work From Home (5AM–2PM US EST)Salary: Up to PHP 180KAbout the RoleThe Sales Support Manager will play a key leadership role in establishing and managing a new offshore Sales Support team based in the Philippines. This position is responsible for ensuring the team delivers high-quality operational, administrative, and client service support to Client Executives (CEs) across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure performance metrics are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Support team, ensuring clear performance goals and professional growth.Serve as the main liaison between the offshore team and North America Revenue leadership, aligning priorities and service expectations.Oversee client service operations, including documentation, meeting preparation, CRM management, and follow-up on key action items.Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries while maintaining service quality and consistency.Drive continuous improvement through standardization of workflows, performance tracking, and implementation of best practices.Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to monitor and report on key metrics, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Operations Advisory, Service Delivery, Finance, Marketing) to support client and internal business needs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, client services, or revenue operationsAt least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a global or shared services environmentStrong leadership and coaching skills, with proven success in managing teams toward performance targetsProficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace; familiarity with sales enablement tools is an advantageExcellent communication, organization, and analytical skills with a high attention to detailWhy Join UsThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing global organization that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
