For more details please visit our website : https://gulf.flowersSales Support OfficerResponsible for managing orders in the CRM, coordinating shipments, and handling client communication. Oversees delivery and credit limits, manages accounts receivable, and processes claims and returns. Ensures accurate client data, facilitates the return of reusable containers, and coordinates with logistics and warehouse teams to support smooth operations.ResponsibilitiesEntering orders into the CRM systemCreating delivery and credit limit assignmentsSending documents to clients (Proforma Invoice, Tax Invoice, Order List)Coordinating shipment with clientsSending offers (killer prices, promotional products, specialised commercial offers)Handling claims and returnsManaging accounts receivable (informing clients of payment amounts due)Ensuring the return of reusable containers (large bins, small bins, bin stands)Coordinating with the logistics and warehouse departmentMaintaining up-to-date client information (phone numbers, emails, addresses)Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, sales, or a related field.2+ years of experience in sales support.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience handling client complaints and returns.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proactive and customer-focused approach.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
