If you are also good at communicating with many different people and enjoy providing service, you have the perfect foundation for this job.You can look forward to joining a stable, leading international company with high-quality products, exciting customers, and a firm commitment to investing in you and your development, including further education and product training.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManaging NCR cases with our RDC warehouse and optimizing processes.Creating NCR cases and handling customer return cases.Following up on cases and obtaining 8D reports from factories.Contributing to logistics and SAP process optimization.Ensuring customers are kept informed about their cases.Qualifications For The RoleEffective communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, from directors to craftsmen, in both Danish and English.Organized and responsible in managing tasks.Willingness to learn and develop; extensive experience is not required.Ability to assess and improve processes and work methods.Proficiency in IT systems including SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (L6S).More About UsAt ABB, we have a clear goal of promoting diversity and inclusion in terms of gender, LGBTQ+, disability, ethnicity, and age.
