Sales Trading Specialist

For our client, a global and fast-growing company specialised in the production of home and personal care products, hygiene disposables, and packaged snack foods, we are looking for a Sales and Trade Marketing Specialist to join their expanding team in Sofia. Main Responsibilities:Manage and execute sales channels and market development projects in the region with the Senior Market Development Manager and distributorsImplement Nonfood category plansMonitor targets and track budgetsPrepare analyses, trade terms, promotions, reports, and conduct field checksCollect and analyse sales and distribution data, and support target setting and performance monitoringEnsure proper product promotion, merchandising, and compliance with company guidelinesAnalyse trade and marketing results and suggest improvementsSupport business plans, presentations, and market research for new opportunitiesTravel up to 30% for market visits and coordinationMain Requirements:Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spokenBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or relatedMinimum of 2 years of FMCG sales experience Knowledge of sales finance and budgets.
