Without a Loom video, your application will not move forward.About The RoleWe are seeking a Salesforce Business System Analyst to join our growing Business Technology team. The ideal candidate is Salesforce-certified, has hands-on experience in both Salesforce Administration and Development, and is eager to solve complex business challenges through automation and CRM innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure platform scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization across multiple business units.Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions using Salesforce tools.Build custom objects, validation rules, flows, and reports/dashboards.Collaborate with developers on Apex triggers, Lightning components, and API integrations.Ensure data accuracy, system governance, and proper documentation of all changes.Assist with user training, support requests, and system troubleshooting.Work closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align Salesforce with organizational goals.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 1 year of Salesforce experience (Admin + Development).Salesforce Certification (Administrator or Developer) is mandatory.Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).Understanding of API integrations, REST/SOAP, and data management.Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferExposure to complex Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise architecture.Learning opportunities in RevOps, CRM governance, and system integrations.A pathway to advance into Salesforce Consultant or Technical Architect roles.A collaborative, growth-oriented environment with continuous mentorship.Apply OnlineJob FeaturesJob CategoryCareerApply For This JobYour Name*Your Email*A valid email address is required.Attach Resume*
