We partner with renowned brands and operate an extensive Salesforce ecosystem encompassing Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, with integrations to ERP and BI systems.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect on sprint planning.Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop user stories and guide UAT.Assist with the Salesforce Helpdesk in Jira.Take ownership of critical system components, becoming a Salesforce expert.Gathering requirements based on business use casesCreate clean and elegant solutions on the Salesforce platform.Maintain essential documentation.Lead and participate in calls with the internal Salesforce team and key business contacts.Manage deployments of new functionality.Review Salesforce release documentation and assess its impact.Monitor data quality in Salesforce and suggest resolution processes.Provide ad-hoc user support and training as needed.Required Skills:Competent with Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, and SOQL QueriesProven experience in developing Lightning Web Components and applications in a variety of settingsSome knowledge of Visualforce would be beneficial to support legacy applications but not required.Proficient in Custom Objects, Junction Objects, Roll-up Summary, and Formula FieldsAble to follow best practices in maintaining Profiles and Permission SetsSolid skills in building Flows, including Record Triggered and Screen FlowsConfident with Validation RulesExperience with Record Types and how they impact and benefit a systemA deep understanding of Products and Price Books – any CPQ experience will be highly beneficialComfortable working with Cases, Opportunities, and QuotesExcellent attention to detailStrong data analysis skills, including working with large data sets in Microsoft ExcelSalesforce Experience Cloud knowledge (Beneficial)Desired Certifications:Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Platform App BuilderSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Platform Developer 1Ready to advance your Salesforce career?
