Salesforce Developer

Excel Nearshore is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with over five years of experience working on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Order Management implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical architecture and process mapping skills, along with solid system design and software engineering fundamentals. This is a fully remote and full-time position from Costa Rica, in payroll with benefits. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as part of the Salesforce.com (SFDC) team overseeing multiple SFDC instances across various business units.Work effectively with AppExchange applications, including identifying appropriate solutions, installing, and customizing them.Demonstrate strong knowledge of Change Management, Release Planning, Code Deployment, and Rollback Strategies.Write scripts and scheduled jobs to automate processes and monitor system jobs.RequirementsTechnical developer with hands on APEX Coding Knowledge in Salesforce / Force.com Platform. Strong technical and functional CRM experience in planning, designing, administration and customization of Salesforce.com implementations for Enterprises.Strong understanding of the Lead to Cash lifecycle, specifically with Order Management/Subscription management applications, Salesforce CPQ & Billing experience a plus.Strong working knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Apex language, Salesforce SFA, Salesforce CRM, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce Pages and Components, Web Services, Workflow and Approval processes, Case Management Automation, and various Salesforce APIs.Experience using Salesforce development and administrative tools such as Eclipse, the Force.com Eclipse IDE Plug-in, Force.com Explorer, Force.com Data Loader, Excel Connector, and working within both Sandbox and Production environments.Proficiency with programming and markup languages including C, C++, Java, JavaScript, ActionScript, SQL, HTML, XML, and XHTML.Familiarity with supporting tools such as Visual Studio (2008/2005/2003), SQL Query Analyzer, SQL Profiler, FrontPage, and Visio.
