Salesforce Developer (Remote - Vietnamese prefer)

Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience who is capable of both developing custom Salesforce solutions and providing production support for live environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent English communication skills to work with international teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Development:Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, etc.).Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using APIs and connectors.Participate in requirement analysis and solution design with business and technical teams.Optimize and refactor existing code for performance and scalability.Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.Production Support:Provide Level 2/3 support for Salesforce production issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.Monitor system performance, data quality, and integrations to ensure smooth business operations.Handle user requests, incident tickets, and coordinate with end-users to resolve issues efficiently.Collaborate with QA and other support teams to manage deployments, rollbacks, and release activities.Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and automation for production support processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.1–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and production support.Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and Process Builder.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and best practices.Proven experience in troubleshooting and supporting live Salesforce environments.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Salesforce Developer certification(s) is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and annual performance bonus.Opportunity to work on global projects and collaborate with multicultural teams.Professional development and Salesforce certification support.Friendly and dynamic work environmentContact point: TrangBTT5@fpt.com
