JOB SUMMARY:Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager is responsible for optimizing the productivity and effectiveness of the sales force to achieve the company’s commercial goals. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the performance of the sales team. The SFE Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategies and drive market competitiveness.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement SFE strategies to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align sales activities with business objectives.Support the development of sales plans and forecasts, and ensure optimal resource allocation.Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior management to provide insights into sales force performance.Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues and recommend corrective actions.Identify training needs and coordinate with Learning & Development to design and deliver effective training programs.Monitor the impact of training initiatives on sales force productivity and adapt programs as necessary.Design and manage sales incentive plans to drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes.Conduct regular reviews of incentive plans to ensure alignment with business goals and market standards.Identify and implement best practices in sales processes and systems.Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations to optimize CRM utilization and data management.Act as the key point of contact for sales performance-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure cross-functional alignment.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or related roles in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven track record in driving sales force productivity and effectiveness initiatives.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics software.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
