If you’re technically strong, data-driven, and passionate about building smart, scalable customer experiences — this opportunity is for you.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end customer journey planning and implementationBuild and manage complex multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)Develop automations and personalized content within Salesforce Marketing CloudCreate and manage audiences, data models, and data integrations in Salesforce Data CloudWork closely with Data, CRM, and ERP teams to ensure seamless data flowsConduct QA processes and ensure campaign accuracy before launchContinuously optimize journeys and campaign performance based on data insightsRequirementsMust-HaveAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing CloudProven experience designing and implementing complex customer journeysStrong knowledge of AMPScript, SQL, HTML, and SSJSExperience in system analysis and writing functional specification documentsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / or relevant field — or relevant Salesforce certificationsHigh level of EnglishSignificant AdvantagePractical experience with Salesforce Data CloudExperience leading end-to-end implementation processesFamiliarity with Salesforce CRMBackground in marketing, sales, or customer service environmentsStrong UX/UI orientationAdditional Information:-This position is located in Rishon LeZion.
