As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Salesforce System Administrator & DevOps to join our global ICT team.Your MissionYou will lead the architecture, integration, and operational excellence of PLG’s global business systems (CRM, PSA, ERP, HCM).ResponsibilitiesGovern the release lifecycle across CRM, PSA, ERP, and HCM platforms.Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated, zero-downtime deployments.Enforce gated approval workflows and version control (Git).Lead post-release monitoring, performance validation, and rollback procedures.Architect scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.Oversee integration strategies (APIs, middleware) and data synchronization.Ensure adherence to GDPR, EU NIS2, and ISO 27001 standards.Manage incident response and troubleshoot critical system issues.ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).8+ years in enterprise architecture, Salesforce, and DevOps experience with CI/CD automation and environment management.Proven experience managing release cycles for multi-platform ecosystems.Technical SkillsSalesforce architecture (Apex, Lightning, REST/SOAP APIs)NetSuite ERP and Certinia PSA integrationRelease tools: Copado, Flosum, AutoRABITDevOps: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, KubernetesBonus PointsSalesforce Certified Release Manager or DevOps Engineer certificationStrong stakeholder communication and risk mitigation skills
