Job Description

We are recruiting a Salesforce Team Lead for a financial organization located in central Israel.Responsibilities:-Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers to ensure successful project delivery-Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions in alignment with business requirements-Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and system design.-Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business objectives-Continuously monitor the performance and scalability of Salesforce implementationsRequirements:5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including 2 years of team management experienceExperience in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce developmentProficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and working with Salesforce APIExperience working in an Agile methodology and integrating with external systemsSalesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications
