You will be responsible for defining and driving Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service, ensuring scalable, future-proof, and business-aligned solutions, with a holistic overview and governance to our entire enterprise landscape including SAP solutions. The ideal candidate combines hands-on development experience with advanced architectural design skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, guiding the end-to-end Salesforce solution landscape and mentoring technical teams. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design • Lead the design and governance of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. • Translate complex business processes into robust technical architectures aligned with enterprise standards. • Define data models, integration frameworks, and security models to ensure scalability and performance. • Establish architectural guardrails, reusable components, and design best practices. Functional Consulting & Business Alignment • Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities for process optimization. • Conduct workshops and blueprint sessions to design solutions that deliver measurable business value. • Provide functional expertise on Salesforce capabilities, automation, and configuration options. • Align Salesforce roadmap and features with broader enterprise transformation initiatives. Technical Leadership • Oversee development standards, perform code reviews, and ensure architectural integrity across projects. • Mentor Salesforce Developers, Admins, and junior Architects to strengthen team capabilities. • Drive technical excellence through consistent use of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and best coding practices. • Ensure end-to-end documentation of architecture, design decisions, and solution governance. Integration & Platform Management • Architect integrations between Salesforce and core enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, middleware, APIs). • Define integration patterns, data synchronization, and master data management processes. • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align Salesforce with the overall system landscape. Required Qualifications • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - mandatory. • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 3–5 years as a Technical Architect. • Proven hands-on background as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs, Integration). • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service design and implementation. • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing & security model, and governor limits. • Proven experience designing and delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions in global enterprise environments. • Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, ETL tools). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate between business and technical audiences. • Experience with managing system integration partners and driving delivery leads.
