Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role based in Nogales, SON, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, presenting tailored automation solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery. The Salesperson will also be expected to stay current on industry trends and Acutek’s product offerings to provide exceptional service to clients. Qualifications Proven skills in sales, client relationship management, and negotiationAbility to identify customer needs and present tailored automation solutionsStrong understanding of robotics, vision systems, control systems, and software solutions for industrial automation is preferredTechnical aptitude and ability to collaborate with engineering teamsProficiency in creating detailed proposals and contracts with keen attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in CRM tools and other sales management platformsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
