The company's product line includes 28mm CSD caps in popular sizes such as 1881 and 1810. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, promoting Armin Caps' products and services, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and the market. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer requirements and improve service delivery will also be expected. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Client Management, or Business DevelopmentStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutionsKnowledge of the plastic closures industry or experience in B2B sales is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales toolsExcellent time management, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindsetAbility to work on-site in the London Area, United KingdomA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantageUnderstanding of international markets or previous experience in Middle Eastern markets is beneficial
