Role Description The Salesperson will work full-time in an on-site capacity, based in Mendi. The role involves engaging potential and existing customers, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include maintaining a deep understanding of our offerings, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth within the market. The Salesperson will be instrumental in building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring satisfaction with Ethio telecom's solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skillsAnalytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and market trendsOrganizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple clients effectivelyFamiliarity with Telecommunications or related industries is advantageousProficiency in local languages spoken in the Mendi region is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
