The hotel offers world-class accommodations and services, catering to the needs of discerning travelers and guests. Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Salesperson located in Tangerang. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing product/service information, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance. Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skillsExperience in building and maintaining client relationshipsProven track record of meeting sales targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using CRM software and sales toolsExperience in the hospitality or luxury hotel industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
