As a Salesperson at Prudential Uganda, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves both in-office activities and the flexibility to work from home. Qualifications Sales and Customer Service skillsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skillsNegotiation and Persuasion skillsBasic knowledge of Financial Services and Insurance is preferredSelf-motivated and results-driven attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the insurance industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
