Job DescriptionThis role supports youth in deepening their conversion to Jesus Christ and His restored gospel. It prepares them to become righteous, educated servants who contribute to building the Kingdom of God and assists them in achieving their divine purpose, enabling them to lead successful, self-reliant lives.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership and Collaboration Collaborate with school and church leadership, faculty, parents, and community Lead the school leadership team, develop and execute school vision and improvement plans Promote student success through strong instructional leadership Financial and Operational Management Prepare and manage the annual budget, oversee financial performance Implement and manage school operations, policies, and programs Ensure compliance with local guidelines and maintain a safe school environment Faculty and Staff Management Oversee curriculum, training, and school activities Manage faculty and staff orientation, training, and development Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement Partner with HR for recruitment and staff management. Student and Community Engagement Promote reading, writing, listening, comprehension, speaking, and content-based English instruction Represent the school to parents and the community QualificationsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTTIBUTES Master’s degree and teaching certificate/license or equivalent 12 years of teaching experience, including 4 years in leadership and people management Advanced understanding of Leadership Pattern and People Management Principles in schools Expertise in teaching, learning, and training principles and practices Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and monitoring transactions Knowledge of Church school and Seminaries and Institutes (SAI) policies and procedures Skilled in performance management and providing constructive feedback Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills Data analysis skills for problem-solving Experience in leading councils and supporting students with disabilities. Positive collaboration with stakeholders and students. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office tools.
