Your new company A global apparel company operating in Japan, it manages the design, sales, and retail of internationally renowned fashion brands. Your new role · Act as the local project manager for SAP Ariba implementation in Japan, reporting to the IT Director.· Manage system integration between internal IT systems and vendor-side connections.· Serve as the liaison between Japanese vendors and APAC IT teams, ensuring seamless communication (Japanese ↔ English).· Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and project go-live activities.· Develop and translate operational manuals, training materials, and user guidance into Japanese for local employees.· Provide vendor onboarding support and guidance for suppliers using the new procurement system.· Capture and relay feedback from Japanese vendors to APAC IT teams.· Deliver Ariba system support to local users, offering bilingual assistance in Japanese and English.What you'll need to succeed · Proven experience as a Project Manager or IT Consultant in SAP Ariba implementation.· Strong knowledge of procurement processes and system integration.· Excellent Japanese language skills (Fluent) and strong English communication skills.· Ability to prepare and deliver clear operational documentation and training in Japanese.· Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating across Japan, APAC, and vendor organizations.· Familiarity with UAT management and system rollout support.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
