SAP Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical SAP Business Analyst to join our international team supporting digital transformation in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a professional ready for their second or third career step, bringing hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the impact on financial results. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams across borders. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, data integrity, and strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize business processes within SAP (primarily in modules such as PP, MM, SD, and FI/CO)Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to gather requirements for data analysis and translate these into SAP reportsLead and support SAP enhancement projects from concept to deliveryFacilitate workshops, training sessions, and documentation for end-users and key stakeholdersCoordinate with international teams to ensure alignment and consistency of the SAP footprint across global operationsAct as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure effective communication and solution deliveryQualificationsBachelor’s degree (University, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent) in Information Technology, Economics, or a related field2–5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environmentSolid understanding of SAP ERP modules and integration pointsExperience with Fiori appsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusWillingness to travel internationally as needed#LI-DH2
